Perform administrative duties including data entry, filling and retrieving of files
Letters preparation, checking on letters and documents
Scanning and indexing documents
Sorting & dispatch of documents
Creation of records and Input of security documents information in system
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when assigned
Strong ability to focus on and take initiative with good time management
1 year of working experience
Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm
Basic salary depending on relevant work experiences and qualifications
Full training provided during the employment
OT might require during weekdays
