Job Description
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, filling and retrieving of files

  • Letters preparation, checking on letters and documents

  • Scanning and indexing documents

  • Sorting & dispatch of documents

  • Creation of records and Input of security documents information in system

  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when assigned

Job Requirement
  • Strong ability to focus on and take initiative with good time management

  • 1 year of working experience

Other Details
  • Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm

  • Basic salary depending on relevant work experiences and qualifications

  • Full training provided during the employment

  • OT might require during weekdays
